Drawing on over 25 years’ experience of leading art and design teams in Secondary, Tertiary and Higher Education, I specialise in developing leadership in education for the creative industries. An Associate Director at the Cyprus Academy of Art and a Visiting Professor at Xiamen University in China, I was previously the Pro Vice-Chancellor at the University for the Creative Arts with a broad portfolio of experience developing curricula from Further Education to Research Degrees, leading recruitment and developing international partnerships. I currently provide consultancy in the UK, Europe and China.
